Privacy Policy1. General Provisions1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the “Policy”) defines the procedure for processing and protecting personal data of persons using the website evdokimov.pro (hereinafter – the “Site”).
1.2. The operator of personal data is Mikhail A. Evdokimov (hereinafter – the “Operator”, “I”).
1.3. This Policy is developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152‑FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data” and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation governing the processing and protection of personal data.
1.4. Use of the Site constitutes the User’s unconditional acceptance of this Policy and the terms of processing of his/her personal data set forth herein. If the User does not agree with the Policy, he/she must immediately stop using the Site.
2. Personal Data Processed by the Operator2.1. The Site allows free access to information without requiring any personal data.
2.2. The Operator does not collect or automatically process personal data (for example, through subscription forms, registration forms, or any other web forms). The only source of personal data is a direct communication from the User via email to hello@evdokimov.pro or through contact details explicitly stated on the Site.
2.3. When sending an email, the User voluntarily provides the Operator with the following personal data (depending on the content of the communication):
- surname, first name, patronymic (if any);
- email address;
- contact telephone number;
- any other information that the User deems necessary to include in the body of the email.
2.4. The Operator does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided and assumes that the User acts in good faith, consciously, and provides accurate information.
3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data3.1. The Operator processes personal data solely for the following purposes:
- responding to the User’s inquiry (including providing legal advice within the scope of the Operator’s competence);
- sending information at the User’s request;
- ensuring compliance with the laws of the Russian Federation in the course of the resulting legal relationship.
3.2. Personal data
shall not be used for marketing mailings, transfer to third parties, or for any purposes other than those specified in clause 3.1 without the User’s explicit consent separately obtained.
4. Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data4.1. The legal basis for processing personal data is the combination of the following conditions:
- the User’s performance of conclusive actions – sending an email to hello@evdokimov.pro, which is regarded as free, informed, and unambiguous consent to the processing of the personal data contained in that email to the extent necessary to respond;
- the provisions of Federal Law “On Personal Data”;
- this Policy, posted in open access on the Site.
4.2. The Operator does not require the signing of a separate consent document before the User sends an email; however, by sending an inquiry, the User confirms that he/she has read this Policy and agrees to it.
5. Procedure and Conditions for Processing Personal Data5.1. Personal data are processed by the Operator without the use of automation tools (non‑automated processing) in compliance with the principles of legality, fairness, and limitation of processing to specific, predetermined purposes.
5.2. The Operator does not transfer personal data to third parties, except in cases expressly provided for by the laws of the Russian Federation (for example, upon lawful request of a court, law enforcement or other authorized authorities), or when the User explicitly and unambiguously consents to such transfer.
5.3. The Operator does not carry out cross‑border transfer of personal data.
5.4. Personal data shall be stored for no longer than one calendar year from the date of the last interaction with the User. Upon expiration of this period, personal data shall be destroyed by permanently deleting the files from the Operator’s devices and correspondence, unless a longer retention period is established by law (for example, to fulfill tax or other legal obligations).
6. Rights of the User6.1. A User who has provided his/her personal data to the Operator has the right to:
- obtain information about what personal data of his/hers are being processed and for what purposes;
- request the rectification, blocking, or destruction of his/her personal data if they are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or were obtained unlawfully;
- withdraw his/her consent to the processing of personal data by sending a written notice to hello@evdokimov.pro.
6.2. Withdrawal of consent shall result in the termination of processing and the destruction of the personal data, unless otherwise provided by the laws of the Russian Federation (for example, to protect the Operator’s rights or to comply with regulatory requirements).
7. Personal Data Protection Measures7.1. The Operator takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties, including:
- limiting access to personal data strictly to persons who have a legitimate need (in this case, solely the Operator);
- storing personal data on secured devices with password authentication;
- regularly monitoring compliance with the conditions for processing personal data.
8. Use of Cookies8.1. The Site may use cookie technology to ensure functionality (technical cookies) and to collect anonymized statistics (analytical cookies, e.g., traffic counters). Cookies are not considered personal data within the meaning of Federal Law “On Personal Data” unless they allow identification of a specific user without additional information.
8.2. By continuing to use the Site, the User consents to the processing of technical and analytical cookies. The User may disable cookies in browser settings; however, this may affect the proper functioning of certain features of the Site.
9. Final Provisions9.1. The Operator reserves the right to amend this Policy without prior notice to the User. The current version is always posted on the Site.
9.2. All relations arising from the processing of personal data on the Site shall be governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
9.3. If the User disagrees with any provision of this Policy, he/she must stop using the Site and refrain from providing personal data to the Operator.
